Holistic refers to a “whole person” approach — a simultaneous focus on the mind and body for complete healing.

I have been practising holistic therapies since 2009, qualified and insured to the highest industry standard. I'm exclusively a full time mobile service within the Midlands and Staffordshire. Allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own home or venue location, without the need to travel anywhere. I bring everything required to create your very own calm, relaxed sanctuary.

I cover most areas within The Midlands, South Derbyshire and Staffordshire. A minimum treatment spend and a fuel charge applies to all bookings and is based on how many miles away you are from Burton-Upon Trent.

Booking ahead is essential as we are usually fully booked for the next few weeks ahead. Weekends and evenings are only available via the cancellation list.

Complimentary telephone consultations are required in order to book an appointment with One Step. This allows me to build a connection with you prior to meeting, to understand who you are and what you need from treatments. Finding out a little about your lifestyle, health and physical concerns means I can best advice and create a treatment plan specifically for you.

Our chat will usually take 15-20 minutes and within this time we will also discuss available dates and times, should you wish to book in, as well as any other questions you may have.
